Tonifies Qi and Blood

  • Qi and Blood deficiency following injury
  • Aching shoulder pain with limited bending and stretching
  • Pain that is worse on waking, after long rest or after overwork, and eases with movement
  • Possible wasting and weakness of the shoulder muscles
  • Contracted, cramping sinews and reduced skin sensation
  • A chronic condition that fails to heal
  • Dull, pale complexion, tiredness and lack of strength
  • Poor appetite and loose stools
  • Weak voice, reluctance to talk, short breath and sweating on little or no effort
  • Dizziness, palpitations, poor sleep and poor memory
  • Dry skin and hair; scanty periods
  • Tongue pale, possibly with tooth marks, and a thin white coat; pulse deep, thin and forceless
