contraindication Headache from deficient Blood or Yin (because of Qiang Huo)
caution Qiang Huo in larger amounts can bring on nausea or dizziness in sensitive people; take care in the elderly or deficient
contraindication Pure Wind-Cold without Heat-toxin, or a sore throat of the deficiency type
