Cuttle Fish Bone
Hai Piao Xiao (海螵芖) is the cuttlebone, the internal shell of the cuttlefish, recorded as Endoconcha Sepiae. It is salty and astringent in flavour, slightly warm, and enters the Liver, Kidney and Stomach channels.
