pregnancy Not for use in pregnancy; it forcefully breaks stasis and moves the menses
caution Too much brings on vomiting and diarrhea
caution For Excess disorders only; in a depleted patient a stasis-breaking herb does harm without doing its work
caution Heavy or prolonged menstrual bleeding, which moving the Blood can increase
caution Fractures, head injury and significant bruising need conventional medical assessment
