pregnancy Wu Yao moves Qi mildly; use in pregnancy only with professional guidance
caution Avoid spicy and other stimulating foods while taking it
caution Frequent urination or incontinence from other causes, such as sinking Spleen or Lung Qi or a structural or neurological problem, may need another formula or medical evaluation

Preparation

Yi Zhi Ren and Wu Yao are powdered and bound into small pills with Shan Yao cooked in wine to a paste; also taken as a decoction, and ready-made pills are taken before meals with warm water
