  • Vomiting, reduced appetite and no thirst
  • Fullness of the epigastrium and abdomen that is eased by pressure

Dispels Cold and replenishes Yang

  • Aversion to cold, back pain, and limbs that are cold and stiff
  • Clenched jaw (trismus)
  • Tongue pale, possibly moist, with a white coat; pulse deep, slow and weak
