Cautions

contraindication Not for wasting-thirst from excess Heat in the Yang Ming organs, where strong Heat signs and a full, forceful pulse call for clearing or purging instead
contraindication Not for thirst from Deficiency of Kidney Yang (the Ming Men Fire), which needs a warming formula
caution In diagnosed diabetes, use together with conventional medical care, never in place of it
