Muscle spasms, stiff and painful head and neck, and arching of the back
Clenching or grinding of the teeth
Numbness of the limbs, vertigo and dizziness, or hemiplegia

Regulates Liver Qi and Blood and clears Heat

In children: deficiency Heat in the Liver channel, or Liver Blood deficiency with Liver Heat
Feeling feverish, with chills and fever that may alternate
Irritability, nervousness, anxiety and being easily startled
Palpitations, restlessness, disturbed sleep and insomnia
Now also used for adults with insomnia who live under ongoing stress
